Apr 18, A Sales Training Technique from a Very Unusual Source That I Now Share with You

As I watched 2 non-sales people go about their daily job I learned sales training that you will not get in a classroom.

<img src="http://www.sales-training-sales-tips.com/images/n2closethumb.jpg"align=right border="0">

From my salesman’s perspective I saw a queue of prospects all wanting to ask questions, gain information, and get a quote.

The person they were asking was not a sales person and all he saw was a distraction from his work.

Put the two together and you have a fantastic sales technique that will work for many types of businesses.

Mar 22, Subliminal Messages Training for Sales Professionals

Subliminal messages are very powerful for sales people because they bypass your conscious mind and work at an unconscious level.

This unique training method goes around you usual way of learning, and taking in sales and motivation training, and connects directly with your unconscious mind.

Subliminal training CDs and MP3s are an easy alternative that have proven successful for many sales people.

If you are in sales then you understand that successful sales is a mindset. And that Subliminal Messages can help you to gain that mindset.

Some people consistently make massive amounts of sales (and commission), while others struggle to get any interest at all. The difference between these two types of people is all within their minds, and their beliefs. That’s where the Subliminal Training targets the change.

Sales is a skill that you can develop and improve. Subliminal messages are designed to target your unconscious mind to blow away any negative or limiting beliefs you have about yourself and your sales abilities. They inject into your mind the positive, empowering beliefs that are common to all successful salespeople.
Why subliminal messages work so well

If the same subliminal messages are sent frequently enough there will be a shift in your beliefs about yourself. The shift comes naturally, from within, lead by you.

That’s why the use of subliminals in advertising has been banned throughout the USA.

They were banned due to their powerful influence on the human mind. However you can legally use them on yourself to gain an advantage and create positive improvements in your life.

We are all exposed to subliminal messages every day due to the massive amounts of information we are exposed to, and our limited capacity to consciously register it. As a result this may lead to small changes in our minds, or over time if you are exposed to the same subliminal information over and over then there will be lasting changes.

Listening to subliminal messaging is simply a way to counteract this and take control. By targeting subliminal messages consistently at your mind, in larger and focused quantities, you can make positive changes in areas of your choice.
Subliminal training can be used to improve any area of your life from deep internal changes, to improvements in the physical body.

For example, you can increase your motivation, boost your self esteem, treat phobias, the possibilities are endless.
You can find out more about what subliminal messages can do for you by opening Subliminal messages for sales professionals...

Feb 23, NLP Sales Training Course – Review and comments

Professional Selling have just released their online NLP sales training courses that claims to use Neuro Linguistic Programming to increase results. But, does it work, and is it value for money.
Up to now if you wanted to really train yourself, or your sales people, in how to use NLP to increase sales, you first had to go through the lengthy process of becoming competent in NLP.

This is something I’ve done and it was very worthwhile, but it’s expensive and time consuming.

Yes there are courses published by sales training companies that claim to include NLP.

And, there are NLP practitioners that say they can train you in sales.

But in my 20 years of sales management and training I have not come across a course that effectively combines both Neuro Linguistic Programming and sales Training.
So when I saw the NLP Sales Training course form Professional Selling I opened it up hoping that finally there was a useable training course that would give sales individuals, and managers and trainers, a way of evolving to the next level in the ongoing development of selling skills.
As I reviewed the training I wanted to know:

Does it work

Is it value for money

The course author, Cris Maitland, has many years of real selling experience, and this comes through in the practical way he takes the student through the course.

At first you may be surprised that the opening chapters focus on you and not selling to a customer. This is part of the process that aims to change you as a sales person rather than just your actions when selling.

The result is a change in how you approach the sale and the interaction between you and the customer or prospect. In fact the NLP training is so effective that it will make great improvements to all your interactions with people both professionally and socially.
So we know the course works, but is it value for money?

The course gives you:

A 100-page fully illustrated workbook

Over 15 hours of audio personally recorded by the author

10 NLP exercises to help you become mentally prepared

An 8-page client meeting record for you to use

Training of value to both new and experienced sales people

I’m Stephen Craine from the website Sales-Training-Sales-Tips.com. I’m currently using this course with one of my sales teams and I can recommend it to you as both an effective training course that works, and great value for money.

You can see more information on what the course will do for you buy going to the Professional Selling website...

In This Week’s Free Sales Buzz Newsletter: Why using a sales process when selling is so important.

Using a process, a map of the path your meetings with buyers will follow, is essential.

Each stage of the sale should have an objective so you know when to move on.

Each step must have an agenda so that both you and the buyer know the purpose and the format of each meeting.

Selling is an interactive process with you and the buyer working together for a win-win outcome.

A clearly defined path for the sales process to follow will help this joint venture to reach a successful outcome.
In this week's Sales Buzz Free Newsletter we look at an example that highlights how to use a sales process and what hapens if you don't.

Do you get calls from recruitment agencies, marketing services, advertisers, and lots more businesses that are just the same as all the others.

I know your first reaction is not to take the call, or if you have answered to get rid of them as soon as possible.

But it’s worth taking these calls and seeing what you would change, how you could improve your calls and make sure you are not making the same mistakes.

In the latest edition of the Sales Buzz Sales Training Newsletter we look at how to make use of annoying sales calls.

Knowing how to use this one question can completely reframe your viewpoint on the obstacles that you used to think were preventing you making sales.

There are some obstacles that sales people see as complete blocks to winning sales.

These can be problems with suppliers, pricing issues, competition, administration...

The sales stoppers mount up in the sellers mind.

Their internal pictures magnify the problems to a point where closing a sale takes second place to the perceived obstacles.

See the examples of how a sales manager used a powerful question to change the perceptions of his sales team and reframe their viewpoints of obstacles to sales.

In this week’s free newsletter e-zine we look at another one line phrase in the form of this great question: Does it stop you selling?

Jan 28, NLP Sales Training Course – Review and comments

Professional Selling have just released their online NLP sales training courses that claims to use Neuro Linguistic Programming to increase results. But, does it work, and is it value for money.

Up to now if you wanted to really train yourself, or your sales people, in how to use NLP to increase sales, you first had to go through the lengthy process of becoming competent in NLP.

This is something I’ve done and it was very worthwhile, but it’s expensive and time consuming.

Yes there are courses published by sales training companies that claim to include NLP.

And, there are NLP practitioners that say they can train you in sales.

But in my 20 years of managing and training sales teams I have not come across a course that effectively combines both.

Sales experience and knowledge is passed down through generations of professionals as quotes and phrases.

Many sales people hear common motivational sales quotes and phrases and fail to see their powerful potential.

These pearls of wisdom are freely available and all around us.

Think about a popular motivating quote such as:

Move from Blame to Aim

A simple phrase that would be ignored by sales people that can't see the potential.

But if you see this phrase as a nugget of knowledge from sales professionals with years of experience, and then look deeper into what it really means, you can start to gain the benefits.

In this week's newsletter from the website Sales-Training-Sales-Tips.com we look at how to get the full potential from Motivating Sales Quotes...

Motivating Sales Quotes can hide pearls of wisdom passed down and around for you to gain an advantage with a click.

At Sales-Training-Sales-Tips.com we are collecting Motivational Quotes and phrases and sharing them with our visitors.

Here's two quotes from a well respected source:

From the website Appeler.com:

Because I subscribe to lots and lots of sales trainers, nlp-coaches, etc. in social media I can barely go online without reading "motivational quotes" and usually I have heard the same quotes hundreds of times before already.

And that is probably because they are pretty decent quotes and can have a positive effect.

Hear are two quotes that I really like that I had not heard untill recently. Maybe they can´t be categorized as "motivational" but good quotes none the less:

Small shifts create seismic differences.

Take a step, and the bridge will appear.

How you want it to make you feel, or why you really want to look good in front of certain people.

And what about B2B sales. Customers don't offer information such as: I need to get this buying decidion right to save my business or to keep my job.
