tangible or intangible?

Hi Stephen, thanks for your response, most welcome indeed.

I've heard Brian Tracy talking about tangible and intangible products and that some sales reps are better at selling one or the orther but are rarely capable of selling both effectively.

Well I am currently working for a company that sells heating systems(intangible or tangible?)I generate the appointments on their behalf.
